2. The certificate is activated on the day of its sale and is valid for 3 (three) months from the date of activation. Activation of the Gift Certificate confirms that the certificate holder is fully acquainted with all the conditions for the purchase and use of the certificate and agrees to these conditions.

3. Gift Certificates with the following face value are in circulation: 5, 10, 20, 50 rubles.

4. The purchase of a Gift Certificate is the conclusion of a preliminary agreement with an individual, according to which, during the validity period of the Gift Certificate, the owner must purchase any goods presented in one of the sections of the enterprise at prices valid at the time purchase of goods.

5. The amount of funds deposited by the Purchaser of the certificate corresponds to the face value indicated on the front side of the certificate chosen by him and is an advance payment, which, in the event that the main retail purchase agreement is concluded by the certificate holder, is counted towards payment for the purchased goods.

6. When purchasing a Gift Certificate, the purchaser receives, in addition to the certificate itself, a cashier's check (receipt cash order) for the amount of money received. A receipt without a Gift Certificate is invalid.

7. The gift certificate is not personalized and can be transferred to third parties.

8. The gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. The entire amount of the prepayment made (the entire face value of the certificate) is used when purchasing goods at a time and in full in one of the sections of the enterprise.
When purchasing goods, the buyer is issued a cash receipt.

10. In the event that the total cost of the selected product is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference is not paid to the certificate owner.

11. If the total cost of the selected product is more than the face value of the certificate, the difference is paid by the owner of the certificate in cash or by a bank plastic card (with the exception of installment cards) at the place of purchase of the goods, while summing up several Gift Certificates is allowed .

12. Warranty service, exchange and return of low-quality goods purchased using a Gift Certificate is carried out in accordance with the general procedure provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

13. When returning goods of good quality purchased using a Gift Certificate, the Gift Certificate of the corresponding denomination is returned to the buyer.

14. Products purchased using a Gift Certificate are subject to promotions, discounts and other events held by the company.

15. In case of loss, theft or damage – The gift certificate is non-refundable and the balance is non-refundable.
